The Landing was formed from my passion for honest meals, expertly crafted coffee, and hospitality that makes everyone feel welcome.
I grew up in Brittany, surrounded by simple, honest meals and the kind of hospitality where everyone felt at home – that’s exactly what I’ve aimed to create here. Every cup of coffee, every bite, and every conversation is a little piece of home I’m delighted to share. I’m so grateful to be part of this community, and I hope you always feel welcome at The Landing.

Yeast was born in one of the most uncertain times — during the height of Covid. When restaurants were forced to close their doors, we knew we had to find a way to keep our team employed and to continue serving our community. Out of that need grew the idea for something more personal and meaningful: a place where people could shop safely, connect with familiar faces, and take home the same quality and care they had always experienced with us. From freshly baked breads and pastries to carefully sourced groceries, Yeast became more than just a bakery and deli — it became a space of comfort, reliability, and community spirit at a time when it was needed most. What started as a necessity has now grown into a beloved part of The Landing family, reminding us every day that resilience, creativity, and care for people can turn challenges into something truly lasting.
